About Kathryn

I love children and previously worked as a cardiac nurse. I am BLS/CPR and ACLS certified. I have both nannied and babysat since I was in middle school. My first experience with children was keeping the 0-2-year-olds at my church when I was 12. I nannied for the same family for four years. They had 3 boys, ages 0-5. I have also babysat for parents and teachers in my community. I spent 4 years as a tutor to 2-6th grade students in all subjects. Over the past two years I have worked for a non profit organization doing transition and cultural assimilation training with kids in families transitioning overseas long term. I have directed summer missions projects for high school students as well as directed a summer transition training for ages 0-18.
