About Kathryn

Hello. My name is Kate. I recently graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Cross Categorical Special Education and hold a teaching license in the state of Missouri. As a tutor, my approach to education is very student-centered. It is important to me that my students are fully involved in the process of making goals, tracking progress, and celebrating every success. Along with my passion for teaching, I have 5+ years of experience working with adults with special needs. I have worked mainly with adults with Intellectual Disabilities.
