Kathy has been a Godsend for our family. She has stepped in to assist with meal prep and some unanticipated additional care for my parents so that they can continue to live at home. My siblings and I refer to her now as "Poppins" because she arrived and immediately made things better for our family. My Dad's nutritional deficits have been addressed first and foremost; Kathy knows her game, and has gotten them meals that are fantastic and that he raves over. Moreover, she takes the time to actually CARE about my parents and go the extra mile. She's exceptional.
