She was very courteous and responsive when discussing expectations and personalities via phone interview. When we met in person so she could meet the children, she was punctual, asked questions, and confirmed what I went over. And then the day she was to babysit, she was on time, and immediately went to work and helped out with the children. When I checked in on how everything was going, she responded in a timely manner and let me know how the children were doing. She even got my youngest to fall asleep without being held!!!! She's amazing. Children are wanting to know the next time she'll be babysitting! :) I am one VERY happy and pleased parent.
