About Kathryn

I'd describe my personality as calm, fun, talkative when needed, attentive. I like caring for people because I've always been a caregiver. I homeschooled my kids while caring for two toddlers. I believe playing is one of the best ways to learn. Mom needed care for dementia. I cared for her the last six years. I'm ready to get back into caregiving. I'm looking for a job that is 6 to 8 hours a day , 4 to 5 days a week. Something that fills my days and supplements my income. I cared for my children, one of which has autism. I started caring for seniors when my mother develop dementia. For three years at the end of her life, her dementia was so bad that she was here with me full-time. I'm ready to begin taking care of my next person. Hopefully it will be a long term gig. In my spare time, I like to read play card games go for walks. And I do activities with my church and senior activities at the YMCA. chair yoga My skills include meal prep, medication, management, and companion care
