I hired Kathryn as a full-time nanny to watch my daughter when she was five weeks old because I had to go back to work. She had my daughter for a full year before I decided to take time off from work to be with my family. Even though I no longer need her to nanny full-time, I continue to use her services in an on-call capacity when I need them.
