About Kathrine

I have cared for many family members, friends, and others in the community with debilitating and/or life-limiting illnesses. I enjoy assisting and companioning others in their daily life activities. I am an upbeat, positive person with a great sense of humor, and I enjoy providing care and companionship to others. I am college-educated and well-traveled. I am a certified IHSS provider, although my skills are more specialized and individualized to meet the needs of each person/family. I am also a certified End of Life Doula. and have worked alongside hospice teams to provide support through the entirety of this sacred time. EOL Doulas are trained in holistic care modalities to provide comforting care therapies like Aromatherapy, Healing Touch, Easing the Breath, Guided visualization, relaxation, and forgiveness. I have a calm peaceful presence, and exceptional listening skills. I can provide End-of-Life education and planning services.
