About Kathleen

Hello! My name is Kathleen and I have a degree in German Education. After working at a summer school working with second graders, I decided to become an au pair in Germany and absolutely loved it. Since moving back to the states, I've found that I really miss working with children and families alike. Some of my favorite activities to do with children I worked with in the past include: -playing soccer in the back yard. -having our own band practice. -getting on the ground and playing with dinosaurs. -and having dance parties. After all the fun has been had, I like to put on an educational podcast or an audio book for kids to enjoy. I've found there's a lot of power in having a moment of quiet in the day with kids and it's a great way to get kids to sit down that doesn't involve them sitting in front of a screen. I'm always adapting to what the kids need or what your family needs. I would love to get to know you and your little ones.
