Smart, engaging, personable, and most of all, a kind human. I am so happy to have found Kathleen! My elderly parents with dementia adore her (which is a feat in and of itself!), and I trust her to provide much needed care. It's difficult to equate intangible value for peace of mind, knowing that your loved ones are in good hands, but she provides this. I highly recommend Kathleen!
