I normally don't write reviews, but for the sake of other moms out there who are looking for a dependable nanny to take care of their little ones, I felt compelled to write this one. I interviewed and hired Kathleen to look after my 13 month old daughter, starting May 17th. She never showed up and when I texted her saying that I thought she was going to come at 9 am, she never responded. I originally offered her to start May 10th (and that offer was made April 30th), to which she said her her son is sick and it has been hectic and she would like to push out the date. I was fine with that request. My only question for Kathleen is, if you found another job or you had no plans of coming in, why couldn't you communicate? I think the courtesy to respond back is a very simple humane thing to do, especially being a mother yourself, the least you could've done is to think of my little girl and think is it fair to have her wait on you when you never intended to care for her.
