About Kathleen

I've always loved being with and helping Seniors. Unfortunately, as people age and begin to lose their independence, their feelings of dignity and self worth begin to diminish, too. I have worked for years trying to make a difference. I've been on both sides. I've served as a caregiver and a care coordinator. My role as caregiver included assisting with activities of daily living and companionship. I spent whatever time was needed to truly hear my client and find out what really has made them who they are. My role as a care coordinator included assessing Seniors to identify what services they may need and benefit from. And then setting those services up for them. I have dementia care training/ experience, CPR training, and worked with families in the midst of Hospice. I am not a smoker, do well with most pets in a home and will feed and water. I have my own transportation and am not easily rattled when it comes to Seniors whose cognitive decline has made filtering much harder.
