I hired Kathleen to check in on my mom while I was gone for a week. My 81 yo mom is fairly capable of taking care of herself (so didn't need a lot of help) but was not good about answering the phone - so having someone check every other day seemed wise. Kathleen came over prior to us leaving town, met the family, and everyone liked her immediately. It seemed like a good fit. And it was! She went above and beyond while visiting, offering to help with all sorts of things she didn't really need to (dog walks, electronic help, blown fuses) and kept me posted regularly. Kathleen is great. Mom loved her. Highly recommend her - warm yet professional and knowledgeable.
