About Kathleen

I've been babysitting and being a mother's helper since I was 12, primarily for families with 2 to 4 children. I have run a preschool childcare where I would watch up to 10 children during Mass services. I volunteer as an archery instructor for kids aged 8 and older, running classes sized 6 children up to 28 children. I spent my summer working at a day camp where I taught archery, facilitated events, and filled in as a counselor for children ages 3 - 16. I am CPR and first aid certified, and travel with my own first aid kit. I believe that kids deserve boundaries that allow them to learn and grow safely, and I love getting to teach children skills that will help them as they grow up. I'm an avid reader, a cook/baker, and an archer in my free time. I love dogs and cats, and am comfortable around many other types of house pets.
