Kathy has been with us consistently for more than two years now, and my kids and I appreciate her in our lives. The kids have a flurry of activities in far-flung parts of town and Kathy reliably takes them to those and attentively watches them as they go through their routines in gymnastics/ninja warrior/jiu jitsu classes. She speaks to the coaches/senseis if there are any issues and helps sort those out. When the schedule or locations change, as they often do, Kathy easily adjusts to going to different locations as needed. She's always willing to pick up an extra day if needed. The kids have grown to trust her over the years and often ask her deeper "meaning of life" type questions and share stories that they may not otherwise be comfortable sharing. I have complete trust that Kathy would offer the same advice and explain things the same way that I would, and I am glad they have her as another outlet for that in the their lives. Even when she's not formally on the clock, she's dropped by with a carload of Christmas gifts for the kids and to see them on various holidays. She truly cares for them beyond the job. I highly recommend Kathy if you're looking for someone who will treat your kids like her own.
