If you are sick of being disappointed with inexperienced caregivers, look no further! I am a certified nurse assistant. My status is active and I'm on the safety care registry. I have years of experience (22) and education as well, from schooling I have taken over the years. I provide excellent care for my clients. I feel it is necessary to be educated with all the possible conditions that each person I care for has so I can know the proper way to care for them as well as what signs to look for/how to act swiftly when it is an emergency situation. I am CPR certified. I work most holidays except Thanksgiving , Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day mornings. I can work Christmas Day afternoon. I can cook. Pay rate $25/ hour if close to town, if further then I charge $30/hour. I do light housekeeping. My skills are above average. My mother had a fall and fractured her hip. I didn’t know what we were going to do to be able to take care of her. And then Kathleen came along and helped with everything. She did both heavy to light housekeeping and personal care. She was gentle and kind in addition to helping mom with OT and PT exercises. She was great with meal prep, which was vital to make sure my mom was receiving the proper nourishment to go with giving her energy for all the PT she had to do. Not once did Kathleen sit down or was she lazy. She was constantly on the move, making sure that my mother had everything that she needed. She’s not just helped out my mom figuratively, she helped out literally to the point where I don’t know if my mom could’ve gotten through all the PT and emotional stress that she did without her. My mom felt like if she had a daughter she’d want her to be like Kathleen. I’m so thankful for the services that Kathleen provided and I know who I would go to if we ever need someone to help my mom again.
