I have an extensive background with special needs. My own son has autism level 2, I have worked in many special needs classrooms from MD, LLD, ERI, and autism classes. I have also helped run and manage an ABA Therapy center. Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I have dedicated 20 years to supporting families as a reliable caregiver. My approach is patient, calm, and creative, ensuring that children feel both nurtured and engaged. I maintain First Aid Training and CPR Training to ensure a safe environment for the two children in my care. I prioritize your preferences for communication, whether through verbal updates at pickup or regular texts. I am happy to follow your lead when enforcing household rules. Helping children reach their milestones is my greatest joy, and I look forward to becoming a trusted part of your family's daily life.
