Hello! I'm an Elementary School Counselor with a passion for supporting children and families, both in and out of school! As a patient, calm, yet fun-loving and enthusiastic caregiver I prioritize creating a safe and engaging environment where kids can thrive. I believe in open and respectful communication based on parent preferences that helps us partner to meet each child's unique needs. When it comes to household rules, I'm confident in enforcing them consistently, ensuring children's well-being both physically and emotionally. With a decade of experience working with youth, as well as undergraduate and graduate coursework focused on child development, social-emotional learning, mental health and school leadership, I'm well-equipped to care for one or multiple children. I am fluent in English and moderately proficient in Spanish. I'm certified in First Aid and CPR, and I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal prep, and light housekeeping to help make your family's life easier!
