About Katherine

I'm an energetic, patient caregiver with an absolute love for kids. I have babysat, tutored, taught, housesat, and nannied for 10 years, assisting with everything to occasional date nights to school pickup and potty training. I have tutored children in math, english, science, and piano, and have developed age appropriate dance curriculum, swim lessons, and strategies for school success. I work closely with parents and children to determine each family's needs, and enjoy getting to know each child's unique personality - and as one of two sisters, I understand first hand the joys and struggles of sibling dynamics. Special interests I love to share include cooking, dancing, music, lego building, and swimming, as well as anything creative and make believe. Previous certifications include Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED/clean driving record. Originally from California, I attended school in Ohio and have a BA in international political science and dance.
