About Katherine

As a caregiver, I find immense joy in nurturing the growth and development of young minds. My passion stems from my previous roles as a teacher's assistant and babysitter, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with children and positively impact their lives. Patient, calm, alert, caring and hardworking, I strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, ensuring they are well-informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. With three years of experience, I am comfortable caring for up to two children, aged one to 11. My educational background includes a bachelor's degree, along with early child development skills that I acquired at my previous job working at a preschool. I am also proficient in both English and Spanish. I am a strong believer in fostering a structured environment, and I am very comfortable enforcing household rules.
