I'd describe my personality as fun, adventurous, silly, and careful! I like working with kids because they are at an age where they can learn a lot while being silly about. They are fun to be around and compassionate bundles of joy I'm looking for a job that is consistent and reliable. I hope to work with a family that is open, accepting, and supportive. I started working with kids when I was 16. I am now 24 and I have been working with kids aged 2-18 who are on the autism spectrum for almost 4 years. In my spare time, I like to play video games, go hiking, and go swimming. One thing you should know about me is that I am always going to support your kids through rough times and I will be their cheerleader throughout the time I am caring for them. My skills include behavior management, functional communication management, and communication.
