About Katherine

I am a third grade teacher with a Masters Degree in Education looking to tutor in my area! I love working with children and helping them to meet their educational goals. I am flexible with my hours (after my school gets out) and am very responsible and hardworking. I strive to make lessons engaging and fun for all types of learners. I like tutoring because I enjoy working one-on-one (or in small groups) with children to meet their educational needs. Every child learns differently and I enjoy working with children to grow their knowledge in the way that works best for them and their individual needs. I have experience working with students of all learning profiles. My goal is to instill a love of learning and curiosity about the world in the students I work with!
