Hi, I'm Katie! I have 7 years of babysitting experience and have spent the past 3 spring/summers as a nanny. I have experience watching 4 kids at a time, including twins, and working with kids with special needs! I'm Red Cross certified in babysitting, adult/pediatric/infant First Aid, CPR, and AED. Some activities I love doing with kids are playing sports/games, doing crafts, reading books, playing make-believe, and playing outside! I value getting down on their level and doing whatever they are interested in! I have a car and can take kids to do activities such as the library, pool, park, etc. A bit about me: I'm an ice dancer, I play guitar and bass, and I'm a sophomore at the University of Richmond! I hired Katie to babysit on short notice my 9 month old baby who hasn't had a babysitter before. She arrived on time and was wonderful with him. In the 4-hour period I hired her for, she bottle fed him twice, put him down for a nap, changed his diaper, and played with him. He was happy the whole time they were playing and interacting. I would be happy to have Katie babysit again for my kids.
