I'd help reinforce commands (sit, stay, down..) and offer praise & love. I'm a Senior Companion/Caregiver and do pet sitting on the side. Previously, I was a Veterinary Receptionist for 3+ years. Some experience walking dogs. I'd treat your pets & your home with care & respect. I used to dog sit overnight for an older dog who had accidents or vomit after owner left. Fed, played, walked, & pooper-scooper duties daily. My family loves animals too and we had a house full: dogs, birds, turtles, fish, cat and hamster (most at the same time!) I took take care of our pets for ~10 yrs. Walked/ran, daily needs, playtime. Also love caring for elderly people and can help w/ housework, errands, etc.

I hired Katherine to come to my apt once a day to feed/care for my 4 parrots for a few days. She was friendly, caring and very communicative while I was away, giving me a little update on how the birds were. I would ask her to watch them again in a heartbeat. Katherine also gets points and a hearty thank you for climbing my building's 6 flights of stairs to take care of them...
