Good Afternoon, My name is Katie and I am a 36-year-old Preschool teacher currently seeking summer babysitting in Rochester! I received my Bachelors from SUNY Fredonia in Musical Theatre and my Masters in Early Childhood Education from CUNY Hunter in New York City. While completing my degree in education, I worked for four years at a private school as a Head Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4 and Kindergarten teacher. I also nannied for two different families in New York City. I worked with these families for 4+ years and started working with the children at age 3. For the past summers, I nannied for a family in Pittsford and in Victor. Their kiddos were 5, 8 and 8 mo. old. Currently, I am teaching Pre-K at a private Catholic school here in Rochester. The ages of the children range between 2-4 years old. She was always caring, super engaged and responsible with my daughter. She has a natural ability to engage with young children and I often saw other children being drawn to her while she was playing with my daughter at the park or reading books at the library. Last but not least, she has a good heart and is a pleasure to be around.
