About Katherine

Nurturing children's growth and development is a true passion of mine. For a year as a preschool teacher, a year as a Registered Behavior Technician, a year caring for other children in my home, and years as a mom of 3, I've had the joy of caring for children aged newborn to 14 years old. I hold a graduate degree and have completed coursework in Early Child Development and Elementary Education. I am creative, patient, and comfortable caring for up to four children. I enjoy playing educational games, board games, and outdoor sports with children. I am also happy to help with crafts. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I maintain open communication with parents, adapting to their preferred method. I am certified in CPR Training. Supporting families and making a positive impact on children's lives is what I do best, and I look forward to the opportunity to connect with your family.
