About Katherine

I'd describe my personality as down to earth, fun loving and knowledge seeking. I like working with kids because I enjoy watching them learn and grow, and the joy they find in everyday moments. I started in 2015 as a museum young child educator and nanny and continued my career into tutoring, home teaching, infant/premie care, and home management over the last 8 years. In my spare time, I like podcasts, exploring museums, and working on my MEd in Curriculum and Adaptive Learning Technologies and using my culinary training. One thing you should know about me is I will always go out of my way to make each day a new adventure and make sure your child grows to love learning. I also love to complete any tasks that would make a parents life easier, like cooking, cleaning, or errands! My skills include infant through high school care, homework help, meal planning/prep, light housework and special needs/medical caregiving. I am also trained in infant, child and adult CPR and first aid.
