About Katherine

Hi! I'm Kate. I've been working in child care for over 10 years, with children of all ages, and it is my biggest passion. I am a college graduate with majors in Biology and Pre-Medical Studies. I am in the process of applying to graduate schools for Occupational Therapy. I currently am a Certified Nurse Aide in a pediatric hospital and am certified in first aid and CPR. I love being able to comfort children and bring smiles to their faces. In the past I have enjoyed involving the children I am caring for in fun crafts and activities that keep them happy and engaged. I am comfortable caring for multiple children all at once and am also comfortable around most pets. I volunteer in my church nursery taking care of the babies and as a result have become very comfortable caring for them. My last nanny position was for one family that I was with for five years but I look forward to finding a new family to work with. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
