About Katherine

I have almost 2 years of experience in child care. I have worked at an after school program, as a substitute for various daycares (with up to 13 2-year-olds), and currently as a therapeutic mentor. I have worked with kids as young as 2 months and old as 15 years. I also have experience with neurodivergent kids from autism and ADHD to ODD and other disorders. I love bringing out my inner child in playing with and taking care of kids, so rest assured your kids will have lots of fun (while still safe) with me! I have experience working with kids to develop skills such as emotional regulation so I would love to add this as an extra benefit when desired by families! I also currently work 1-1 in homes with kids at my current job, so I'm familiar with in home care as well as the chaotic daycare environment! Unfortunately my current job doesn't provide sustainable hours, so I'm looking to get some extra money on the side and gain more experience in babysitting/nannying!
