From the moment Katie joined our family, she was so much more than a caregiver — she became a true and trusted part of our home. Over the past six months, she looked after our 16-month-old with a warmth and genuine love that was evident every single day. The bond she formed with our little one was extraordinary. Katie has an incredible natural instinct with young children. She is patient, attentive, and always present — our toddler was not just safe in her care, but truly thriving. As parents, that peace of mind is everything. We are absolutely heartbroken that our upcoming move means we can no longer have Katie as part of our family. This was entirely our circumstance — we would otherwise have kept her indefinitely without a second thought. Any family lucky enough to have Katie care for their children will be in the very best hands. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Five stars doesn't feel like enough.
