About Katherine

I am a caring and dedicated childcare provider with two years of experience as a preschool teaching assistant at a Waldorf school. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Oregon in 2023. I am also CPR certified. My teaching background has given me a deep appreciation for creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, seen, and supported. Through my Waldorf training and classroom experience, I focus on fostering creativity, imagination, and hands-on learning through play, storytelling, art, and time in nature. I value rhythm and routine, and I strive to create a calm, predictable environment that helps children thrive emotionally and socially.
