About Katherine

Hi families! My name is Kate. I'm 33 years old and was born and raised in Connecticut, but I've called Florida home for the past three years. I have a passion for caring for children and helping them learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, nurturing environment. I bring over 15 years of caregiving experience, including 5 years working in a daycare center, 10 years of a private nanny, and 10 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). I am also trained in First Aid, giving families added peace of mind when their children are in my care. Throughout my career, I've worked with children of all ages, from 8-week-old infants to teenagers, and I enjoy adapting activities to each child's developmental stage and interests. I love keeping children engaged through arts and crafts, outdoor walks, educational play, reading, and child-friendly outings that encourage learning, creativity, and fun!
