About Kat

Hi! My name is Kat, I have three years of experience working as a Montessori teaching assistant in a classroom aged 3-6. I also spent a year as a private nanny and babysat for several of the children I worked with at the Montessori school. I strongly believe in Montessori methods; I have had great results working with children by listening to them intently, providing specialized care for each child's needs, and prioritizing patience, compassion, and empathy. I am a musician and artist in Los Angeles and can provide musical and artistic education. I am excellent at math, science, and english, and would be happy to assist with tutoring and homework. I have spent significant time with pets and can provide excellent care to animals in addition to children. I love animals and would be happy to assist in their care.
