I'm driven by my passion for nurturing the development of children. With six years of experience, I have created safe and nurturing environments where kids can thrive. My patience, creativity, and friendly demeanor allow me to connect with children effortlessly, fostering a positive and fun atmosphere. Communication is essential, so I provide written daily reports and encourage open conversations during pickup, always respecting the parents' preferred method of communication. Regarding household rules, I believe in consistent and gentle enforcement to ensure a structured safe environment From imaginative outdoor games to educational board games, I love engaging children in various activities that promote physical, mental, and social development. My diverse skill set includes First Aid and CPR training, and Bachelors Degree in Social Work from WMU. I have been a stay at home mama to my daughter for two years, and now am ready to help families with their little ones at home!
