About Kate

My name is Kate and I am currently pursuing a bachelors degree of arts in psychology and a minor in studio art. My experience consists of being an assistant teacher for children with disabilities, several nanny positions, art teacher, tutor, and a camp counselor for three years. As a current psychology student and experienced nanny I am able to provide kindness, empathy, and the ability to keep children entertained. Most importantly, I have worked with a large spectrum of children with different ages and abilites (physical and verbal), which has helped me become patient and understanding towards the unique needs of each child. This would be a great opportunity to gain more experience with the different behaviors of children and how I can provide a loving/respectful environment for them. A big goal of mine is to introduce children to the art wold and how to express themselves. I also love to sing, I am a promoter for outside play and safe exploration.
