Hello! I'm a passionate and highly motivated nanny dedicated to supporting families in every way possible. My approach to childcare is rooted in compassion, effective communication, and understanding. I create a nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported, while also establishing clear and consistent boundaries. I'm a firm believer in gentle parenting techniques, focusing on fostering a child's autonomy and expanding their emotional regulation skills. As a psychology major, I bring a unique understanding of child development to my care. I also have extensive experience working with neurodiverse children and those with special needs. Outside of childcare, I love the outdoors and all things crafting!
