About Kate

I'd describe my personality as friendly, observant, hardworking I like working with animals because I love being around animals. I have a deep compassion for animals and being able to help them in any way. I'm looking for a job that would allow me to use my experience in pet sitting to ensure pets are happy, healthy, and well attended to while their owners are away. I started working with animals two years ago, I began dog-sitting my family friend's dogs for 3-5 days at a time while they would go out of town, usually once a month. Eventually I began dog-sitting another group of dogs for 30 days consecutively while the owner was away for the summer. In my spare time, I like to do Pilates and play with my cats. One thing you should know about me is I just moved to Vancouver from Houston Texas! I'm currently studying Kinesiology! My skills include remaining calm in stressful situations. I pay close attention to detail and have great awareness. Very cleanly.
