About Kate

Hi! My name is Kate, and I have been a long-term care provider for almost eight years. I graduated summa cum laude in May from UNCW with a bachelor's degree in Psychology, and currently working to obtain my master's in social work from UNC. The children I have cared for have ranged from 0-13 years old. To name a few duties, I have cared for multiple children overnight, transporting them to and from school, running errands, doing laundry, aiding in homework from pre-school to high school, and providing a fun and nurturing environment. I pride myself on staying with multiple families for many years. I have watched the children evolve into their unique personalities, and they have helped me become who I am today. I am patient, kind, and love what I do. Any way I can assist families, I am more than happy to do it. I look forward to hearing from you!
