About Kate

I genuinely enjoy being around children and making them smile! With three years of experience (plus several baby nieces and nephews), I bring patience, creativity, and a friendly demeanor to every child I care for. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and believe in open communication with parents, following your preferred method for updates on your child's day. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that make learning fun. I'm comfortable caring for many children at a time (I have experience with twins!), and I'm happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I spent the past summer nannying an 8-month-old baby full time! I also spent the year prior nannying a baby around a year old twice a week. I'm very familiar with feeding schedules, giving bottles, nap time schedules, and helping babies play in ways that help them grow!
