I am writing this to intercede on a 1 star review that I accidentally wrote for Katelyn. I wrote it about her but it was actually intended for another care provider. Katelyn was very nice during the interview and I would have loved to have made further efforts however her schedule just didn't work with what we need. I called care.com to remove the erroneous review and they said they did but I still see the star rating showing and I just feel so bad for the confusion.
