Kate cleaned our two short term rental units for several months, as often as was needed each week, and did an excellent job. We could always count on her to show up on time and communicate when she finished cleaning, so we could tell incoming guests the space was ready. During her cleaning tenure with us we didn't get a single negative review from a guest, which as hosts we greatly appreciated. She's also a positive and friendly person, and a trusted energy to bring into the home. (Our young kids always enjoyed saying hello to her if they overlapped). She showed a lot of patience towards our many dogs when she was coming and going. Overall we'd hire her back if she were to move back to town.
