I'm a caregiver with a knack for fostering children's growth. I have worked as a babysitter all through out my teenage years. I work as an education mentor as my day job! I'm comfortable looking after up to 4 children of various ages, even those between the ages of 12 and above. I have experience with children on the autism spectrum and or neurodivergence. In terms of communication, I follow the parents' preferred method and provide written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup. Regarding household rules, I have no problem enforcing them.
