About Katelyn

Hi there! My name is Katelyn, I will be 23 this summer, and I am interested in your position! I am currently a 5th grade math teacher. I was previously an Assistant Teacher for 2-3-year-olds and Teachers Aide for 6 weeks-2-year-olds at the OU Institute for Child Development. I have 8+ years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 17 years in both employment and volunteer capacities, with a lot of experience in the elementary ages. I have a bachelors degree from OSU and my college coursework consisted of elementary education and early child care/child development. I am Adult/Child/Infant First Aid/CPR and Safe Sleep trained. I have been a full time summer nanny 3 times, my first being when I was 13. I've nannied kids ages 5-10, one with autism, and I've nannied up to 4 kids at a time. I have a reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, I'm comfortable with all animals, and I don't smoke. I would love to chat further about what your family needs and hope I could be a good fit!
