Hi my name is Katelyn! I'm 31 years old and live in Forest Hills. I have been a babysitter/nanny in Queens for about 12 years now and it has been such an important and rewarding part of my life. Our boy, F., is almost 2 and a half years old. Katelyn was his full time nanny for a year (starting when F. was around 1) until we put him in daycare. We still call on Katelyn regularly for babysitting. She is dependable, fun, and kind. F. loves her so much and so do we! Katelyn is part of our family, and I don't know what we would do without her! 

We loved her when we interviewed her! Her references were impeccable. We were ready to hire her and she ghosted us. I don't know if something changed, but we would have really appreciated a heads up that she was no longer interested in working for us. We were very surprised because we thought the interview went well and we were initially very excited to work with her. 

It is my pleasure to recommend Katelyn! She has been the best care giver to my two boys and they adore her. They're always asking when she'll be coming over next and it's great to have someone I trust so much to drive them to their activities or to her own house when I have errands or work to do. Katelyn has been their babysitter for over 4 years now and she plays many games and activities with them, even teaching them both to swim in her backyard pool. She's dependable, trustworthy, mature, and easy going. I'm so grateful to have her and you will be too!

Katelyn is a fantastic babysitter!  She is mature, reliable, and communicative.  Most of all, she is wonderful with kids.  She has been babysitting my three children (ages 9, 7, and 6), and they are thrilled to see her every time she comes over.  She genuinely enjoy being with kids and has an amazing ability to connect with them.  She plays all kinds of games with my children, from sports to board games to imaginative games.  She also reads to them and gives them dinner and puts them to bed when necessary.  I cannot recommend her highly enough.

"When is Kate coming to play with me again ???? " my 4.5 year old daughter M. constantly asks me. M. adores Kate so much she will try to encourage me to go out just so she can have more special time with Kate.

I am so thankful to my friend Ellie who introduced me to Kate, who is her boys' beloved swim teacher. I had just moved to the area, and I was so grateful we found Kate. As an early childhood therapist and special ed teacher myself, I see how well Kate connects to my daughter and plays and interacts with her in a way that facilitates development in all areas, Kate is just a natural. As a tires, overworked single mom, I am so thankful for the times she has picked M. up for school so I can take a gym class, or for the few hours she spends with her on Saturday afternoons so I can get chores done and and clear my head and be better, more engaged mama for the rest of the weekend.

Kate has babysat for a few of my friends kids and we all rave about her. She is the best!
