About Katelyn

Fostering children's growth and development is my passion, backed by over a decade of childcare and teaching experience. I specialize in working with autistic children and children with developmental differences, and I welcome children of all abilities and backgrounds. I believe every child deserves patience, compassion, inclusion, and individualized care. I have a calm, patient demeanor and experience with children from infancy through preteens. I hold CPR and First Aid certifications and have completed Early Childhood Development coursework. I comfortably care for up to four children and enjoy outdoor activities, sports, puzzles, educational games, and crafts. I also assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping. I value consistent parent communication, daily written reports, and maintaining household routines. My goal is to help every child feel safe, loved, understood, included, and encouraged to thrive.
