About Katelyn

My skills include patience, active listening skills, and responsive teaching. I actively engage with children and help them to explore their interests and follow their curiosity. I create safe, respectful boundaries, and strive to always maintain a nurturing environment. I am a mother to three children, ages 9-16, and have experience working with children in school settings for the past 12 years. I have been a middle school and high school Spanish teacher, and have earned 2 Masters degrees in Education and Special Education from Northeastern University. I am highly qualified and experienced with managing a household, focusing on learning, emphasizing empathy and respect, as well as working with neurodivergent children and those with special needs.
