As a childcare provider with three years of experience, I've discovered a passion for nurturing and educating young minds. My journey began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I realized the positive impact I could have on children's lives. My approach is centered around patience, creativity, and building friendly connections with the children in my care. I believe open communication with parents is essential, and I adapt to their preferred methods to ensure we're on the same page. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I take my cues from the parents, respecting their parenting style.
