About Kate

I am motivated by the joy I find in babysitting and fueled by a desire to positively impact children's lives. I have 6 years of experience caring for a wide range of both very young children and adults with developmental disabilities. Overall I bring a patient, experienced, and loving approach to childcare. I have previously worked as a special education aide at an elementary school, a DODD home care provider, a nanny, and as a direct support professional at Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Developmental Disabilities. I am a current graduate student at Kent State University seeking a masters in Speech Language Pathology. I am adept at communicating with parents, and I will always follow your preferred method of report. I am CPR and First Aid certified, I have a car and I am comfortable with pets.
