About Kate

I am a junior at Parsons School of Design with a passion for creativity. I have been working with kids since I was in high school. I started a socially distanced art summer camp for kids in my hometown who were unable to go to camp that summer because of the pandemic and limited sign ups. As the youngest sister of 3, I see a common ground with kids and feel like there is always something for us to connect on. Encouraging creativity and exploration among new generations is something I care about deeply. I like working with kids because I think we all have more to learn from one another than we may realize! In my spare time, I like to knit, go thrifting, journal, sing and have picnics with friends!
