About Kate

I started working with kids when I was 16! I've worked in 2 daycares since then with children aged 8 weeks-6 years old. Outside of daycares I have also babysat for several families as their full time care taker, after school nanny, and extra help on date nights! Now that I'm a student at the University of Oregon, I'd love to switch back to being a full-time babysitter/nanny and work directly with families and their kids! In my spare time, I like to play music, watch sports, and cook! I've been playing guitar since I taught myself during quarantine, and fell in love with cooking when I started living on my own in college. My skills include adaptability, experience, and individuality. Having worked in childcare as my main career, I have lots of experience with different kinds of children. I understand how to be quick on my feet and creative, as well as know how to fit the needs of each child. I love learning the things they enjoy, and implementing it into our time together.
