About Kate

Hi! My name is Kate and I'm a nanny based in Brooklyn! I have been nannying part time for the past 2 years while in college and been a regular sitter for many families for 5+ years. I am looking for a new position with morning time hours to supplement my other job which begins at 2 p.m. I have experience with babies as young as 3 months all the way up to young teenagers. I graduated summa cumlaude from Pace University this past spring with a BFA in Acting and a minor in Early Childhood Education. I would describe myself as a warm, energetic, and involved nanny. I am the nanny who is running around the park with the kids, who is down on the ground pretending to be a cat in imaginative play, and getting messy doing fingerpaints. I am patient and loving but enforce boundaries in developmentally appropriate ways that align with the family's values. I have references available on request.
